Log in to your account from the website to edit information or call customer support at 800-227-9451.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click login on the website. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you so you may reset your password.
How do I return my product?
All embroidered or screen printed items are custom items and not refundable. If the goods are damaged or the shipper has sent the wrong size, color or item number, we will replace the goods at our cost. Goods must be returned for inspection and freight will be reimbursed upon receipt. Please call customer support at 800-227-9451 if you have any questions regarding returns.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 800-227-9451 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
